Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays
Pretty Girl Lash Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Pretty Girl Lash Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and items received so we can review the issue.
