At Pretty Girl Lash Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy before placing your order.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our lash products and supplies, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Prettygirllashcollection.mb@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and, it approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order cancellations: Cancellations may be requested before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Pretty Girl Lash Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
